Our Mission
The Pines at West Bay was developed in partnership with StuMo (Student Mobilization), a non-profit organization dedicated to building spiritual leaders for Christ on college campuses across the country. Each summer, StuMo hosts discipleship programs for college students, and The Pines provides comfortable, convenient housing to support these life-changing gatherings.
Beyond the summer months, The Pines serves as a short-term rental community for families, travelers, and groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Revenue generated from bookings helps fund StuMo’s broader mission: to raise up a generation of leaders who live with purpose and impact the world for good.
Designed with Purpose
With 41 spacious, family-sized units on a 12-acre campus surrounded by towering pines, The Pines at West Bay was built to create an environment that encourages community and connection. Features include:

- Pickleball and basketball courts (under construction)
