Our Foundation: A Home Base for Kaleo and StuMo
The Pines at West Bay was developed as part of the Kaleo Home Base, a 12-acre campus created by Student Mobilization (StuMo), a national ministry committed to developing spiritual leaders through college outreach.
Each summer, over 300 students and staff gather here for Kaleo, a life-changing, nine-week leadership and discipleship experience. During Kaleo, students live, work, and grow spiritually in community—participating in over 200 hours of leadership training, evangelism, worship, and personal development.

Designed for Dual Purpose
When Kaleo is not in session, The Pines serves a new kind of guest: families, snowbirds, youth sports teams, pickleball lovers, and travelers looking for a peaceful stay in a beautifully designed, modern vacation rental. That’s where you come in.
Whether you’re visiting for a beach getaway, a group retreat, or an extended stay, you’re also supporting a bigger mission. Revenue from your booking directly helps sustain the Kaleo program and fund the future Kaleo Training Center—a spiritual conference center that will serve churches, ministries, and leadership events year-round.
